The Suraj Shiksha Samiti, Bucholi, Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh (Haryana) is a registered Samiti. The aim of the society is to remove illiteracy and to provide quality education to all sections of the society. For this purpose the society has resolved that a new self- financing Education college in the name of "Suraj College of Education" Village Bucholi, District Mahendergarh (Haryana) will be started to provide and promote education by starting a new course of B.Ed. (Bachelor in Education). It is also submitted that all necessary infrastructure required for this course will be provide by the society.

Regarding recognition from the NCTE, the society had submitted the file in NCTE. According to NCTE norms the institution has started its official web site of this proposed institute. The following has been desired by NCTE to display on the website:
